No more ghost-town exam rooms. This sprint targets the time patients spend alone. We’ll measure how long they’re left hanging and spotlight the sites that tighten the gap. Less awkward silence, more connected care.

Kick off the day like a pro. We'll measure the improvement in prep time MAs/DAs spend with the first patient of the day. The faster your MAs/DAs start, the smoother the whole day flows. Early wins = all-day momentum.
